Deeming Regulations on Eggplant and Cauliflower Nicotine Delivery Vegetables (NDV’s)
With all of the new products now officially falling under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, does anybody else find it a bit peculiar that cauliflower, tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplant are not also being restricted to buyers over the age of 18?
If eggplant-derived nicotine is going to be controlled, it only seems fair that eggplant would also be considered a Nicotine Delivery System Vegetable – and equally regulated, right?
